Accounting specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday ( 8AM - 6PM )

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist who will support farm operations by ensuring accurate transaction monitoring, reconciliation, and audit. The role also involves assisting in asset tracking and coordination with the Layer Department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, or a related course
• Preferably with experience in auditing or farm-related accounting work
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems
• Knowledgeable in SAP system is an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and reconcile financial transactions for G2 Layer, Kinawe, and Baungon farms.
2. Perform periodic audit procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
3. Provide accounting support to Layer Department operations.
4. Maintain and update 201 files for machines, tools, and equipment.
5. Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting of financial activities.
