Job Overview:We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with experience in handling financial accounts to join our Makati team. You will play a key role in assisting clients with their financial concerns and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate financial information
- Assist clients with account-related transactions and concerns
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Document and process customer requests efficiently
- Deliver excellent service to maintain customer trust and satisfaction
Qualifications:
- With at least 6 months of financial account experience (BPO or related field)
- College undergraduates and graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Amenable to work on-site in Makati
