Job Description

1. Handles four (4) group a day from Monday to Friday
2. Conduct regular and timely collection to members daily
3. Responsible for the accuracy and adequacy in orienting the members about program policies and procedure
4. Responsible to accurately update and record the field transaction in members passbook and bank records regularly
5. Report to US any irregularity noted during group transaction including declaration of cash overage or shortage of collection.
6. Market, recruit and form new groups together with the IMP Supervisors/Assistant 2.
7. Responsible in the maintenance and achievement of the required caseload per Assistant in accordance with the approved target.
8. Pre-qualifies walk-in applicants during group collections according to membership criteria and accomplished necessary documentation needed.
9. Responsible in the notification of members of the result of application in a timely manner.
10. Ensures complete loan documents of member before and after disbursement
11. Conducts background/credit investigation (BI/CI), CFA, co-maker validation and observed objective and accurate recommendation to US
12. Responsible in ensuring the quality of unit portfolio at all times, strategizes to decrease and manage past due accounts.
13. Responsible for the timely conduct of loan utilization check and loan monitoring of members
14. Follow the security/safety in cash handling during collection and cooperates with the management in the investigation in case of crimes and losses,

• PREFERABLY A GRADUATE OF 4-YEAR COURSE OR AT LEAST EARNED 72 ACADEMIC UNITS *(College Undergraduate, Vocational Courses and K-12 are welcome to apply)
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in Panay
• Good in client negotiation with no record of violence
• Preferably with ability to drive a motorcycle
• Have sense of responsibility and integrity
