Job Descriptions:

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and implement behaviors that drive a safe working environment.
  • Minimize commercial risks to the business through proactive measures.
  • Order consumables and maintain capital equipment efficiently.
  • Ensure a customer-centric approach in all operational activities and maintain effective relationships with key client contacts.
  • Ensure facility management staff consistently provide positive and prompt responses to client requests.
  • Lead and implement all environmental programs, initiatives, and audits.
  • Develop financial plans and specific goals for cost control and reduction, ensuring these goals are met or exceeded.
  • Manage a team consisting of engineering supervisors and technicians
  • Foster a positive work environment and utilize effective communication skills.
  • Ensure SLAs and KPIs are achieved and aligned with contractual agreements.
  • Establish and maintain effective communications with customers, tenants, and subcontractors
Contract Development & Negotiation
  • Draft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute contracts for facilities services (e.g., maintenance, cleaning, security, HVAC).
  • Ensure contracts align with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters.
Vendor & Contractor Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Resolve disputes and issues related to contract execution.
Procurement & Cost Control
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for facilities services.
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pricing and service quality.
  • Track and manage budgets related to contracted services.
Compliance & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts, amendments, and correspondence.
  • Ensure contracts meet internal audit and external regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on contract status and performance.
Facilities Operations Support
  • Collaborate with facilities teams to understand operational needs and translate them into contractual terms.
  • Support project managers in delivering maintenance and improvement projects on time and within budget.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong Experience in IFM industry with strong business acumen
  • 10+ years of facility management experience, with exposure to Hospital or Healthcare industry
  • Experienced in handling hard services in large accounts
  • Must be a registered engineer or architect
  • Can start immediately
