Junior ERP Analyst

Role Type: Full-Time (SAP RISE Greenfield Migration)

This is a rare opportunity to learn enterprise-level business architecture, data governance, and corporate change management from the ground up.

• Change Management (OCM) Support: Learn about SAP, its modules, processes and workflows. Assist in creating training materials, cheat sheets, and presentation decks to help retrain end-users on the new system guidelines.
• Process Mapping and Documentation: Interview operational teams to document their current manual workflows and assist in drafting the new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the automated SAP environment.
• Data Cleansing and Migration Support: Assist the Finance and Data Leads in extracting, auditing, and cleaning historical master data using Advanced Excel before it is loaded into the new SAP system.
• Project Management (PMO) Assistance: Track project milestones, manage meeting minutes, and follow up with department heads on pending data deliverables.

• Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy , Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Technical Skills: Accounting proficiency (CPA license not required) . Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation). Previous exposure to any ERP or database system is a massive plus, but not required.
• Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, and unafraid to ask difficult questions to senior staff when data does not make sense.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to help translate technical SAP processes into easy-to-understand training guides.
