About the role
As a CSR - Content Moderator at Top1Movers Worldwide Inc.', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our customer-facing content. What you'll be doing- Carefully review user-generated content such as reviews, comments, and images to identify any potentially inappropriate or abusive material
- Enforce our content policies by removing or flagging problematic content as needed
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to users when content requires revision or removal
- Collaborate with the broader customer service team to address escalated issues and maintain consistency in content moderation
- Continuously learn and adapt to evolving content trends, guidelines, and best practices
- Contribute to the development and refinement of our content moderation processes and tools
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently apply our content guidelines
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and empathetic feedback to users
