This opportunity is based in Ortigas, Pasig City and offers a hybrid work arrangement (4 days onsite, 1 day work-from-home).
Job Summary
The Senior Account Manager - End User will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic customer accounts across Luzon, with a primary focus on manufacturing companies in the CALABARZON region. The role is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth through strategic account planning, consultative selling, and executive-level stakeholder engagement.The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering value-driven business solutions while strengthening long-term partnerships with key customers.
Key Job Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least five (5) years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or solution-based selling.
- Experience in the copier, printing, IT solutions, managed services, or related technology industries is highly preferred.
- Proven experience handling manufacturing accounts within the CALABARZON region is a strong advantage.
- Strong consultative and value-based selling skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate business solutions.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to develop business cases and identify growth opportunities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and virtual teams to achieve business objectives.
- Results-oriented professional with a customer-centric approach and strong relationship management capabilities.
- Working knowledge of Managed Print Services (MPS) is an advantage.
- Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms is preferred.
