• 3-5 years of relevant experience in multimedia or production design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Proficiency in Figma and experience creating HTML5 banners or rich media assets
• Strong skills in Excel for managing data-driven creative rollouts and automation workflows
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, and prepress requirements for print-ready artwork
• Proven ability in motion design and animation for campaign assets
• Exceptional attention to detail; thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Strong problem-solving, creative thinking, and collaboration skills
• Excellent written and verbal English; able to communicate with Australian stakeholders
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini for creative output
• Willingness to render occasional overtime or shift adjustments based on business needs (e.g., breaking news or team coverage)

• Work under studio manager and onshore creative leadership
• Deliver projects on time with efficient time management
• Utilize creative systems, automation tools, and software effectively
• Adhere strictly to processes, policies, and SLAs
• Stay updated with design trends and software advancements

• Technical: AI contract analysis tools, Photoshop, WPS Office Spreadsheets
• Soft Skills: Collaborative leadership, strong communication skills

• Design and produce creative assets for integrated campaigns, including print advertising, event collateral, digital display, and motion graphics
• Create visually engaging email communications following strict module templates
• Produce press-ready artwork for print media and large-scale event branding with high technical accuracy
• Build digital assets, including standard banners and rich media HTML5 designs optimized for various platforms
• Manage high-volume creative roll-outs using automation tools
• Develop motion graphics and video content for digital and social channels
• Maintain brand consistency while exploring fresh creative approaches
• Collaborate with onshore creative teams, account managers, and strategists to deliver effective visual solutions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines while maintaining quality
