PROJECT ENGINER

Job Description: One of our subsidiary companies, MACSOL CORPORATION, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer to join our team, preferably with a background in the construction industry. The Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing project activities to ensure successful execution in terms of quality, cost, and timeline.

The role also involves site supervision, coordination with clients and contractors, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure smooth project execution
Interpret plans, drawings, and specifications and ensure proper implementation on-site
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers for project requirements
Monitor project progress, manpower allocation, and materials usage
Prepare work schedules, progress reports, and other project documentation
Ensure that all works comply with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures
Conduct regular site inspections and address technical issues and site concerns
Assist in cost estimation, material requisition, and project planning activities
Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budget and scope
Support the project manager in overall project coordination and execution

About You:

The ideal candidate must have the following:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in construction/project engineering
Strong technical knowledge in reading plans and specifications
Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
