Project Manager (Network Technologies)

He/She must possess business acumen and sophisticated analytical thinking to promote project business cases, advance knowledge of project management framework/processes, system capabilities/integrations, and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members at all levels, including executive leadership.

KEY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drives the establishment for the project charter and overall detailed project work plan with due consideration to the needed resources/talents, timelines, and cost
• Orchestrates/Drives the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the Company’s standards.
• Responsible for tracking overall status of the assigned projects, highlighting identified deviations, analyzing project risks and impacts.
• Responsible for the execution of the project administrative operational tasks (i.e., calendar invites, setting-up planning/review/alignment meetings if required, sending minutes of the meeting, project key documentations per project tollgate)
• Proactively identify project dependencies, encountered issues and emerging risks with proper follow-through & mitigation/resolution measures.
• Ensure proper communication channels are in place including scope changes, due escalations (if any), and milestones advisory.
• Manages cross-functional stakeholders.
• Facilitates fast and effective decision-making required for progress on the project.
• Conducts regular project management reporting, including critical milestones, final deliverables and outcomes.
• Generates custom reports and customized dashboards to produce key insights for executive and leadership reporting and decision-making

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Technology, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of solid project management and transformation leadership experience or any equivalent discipline in a managerial capacity.
• Experienced in planning and managing projects on a company-wide scale.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of telecom/ICT network and associated technologies, topologies/architectures, systems and tools.
• Workable understanding of the telecom/ ICT industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think strategically, solve problems effectively and tenaciously follow through to ensure project success.
• Results-oriented with strong people and time management skills, highly organized, motivated and driven to succeed.
• Good judgement and the capacity to independently evaluate situations and identify the optimum course of action.
• Initiative in seeking ways to contribute to the success of the company that go beyond a narrow definition of job responsibilities.
• Deals comfortably with senior management and can present and converse with people in positions of authority
