About the role
As the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering complex projects within the organisation, ensuring the successful completion of strategic initiatives that drive the growth and success of our business.
What you'll be doing- Oversee and manage projects and/or services in alignment with agreed specifications, quality standards, and financial targets.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and invoiced accurately.
- Provide technical expertise and collaborate with clients to ensure project outcomes meet expectations and timelines.
- Supervise sub-contractors to ensure adherence to all Sodexo PH standards and frameworks.
- Work closely with stakeholders to drive value for money through effective supplier management and performance measurement.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships to support stability and long-term partnership development.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for organic growth and new business development.
- Execute projects in compliance with Sodexo’s HSE framework and applicable local regulations.
- With 5-10 years experience as a Project Engineer / Manager in the engineering or facilities management industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within defined timelines and budgets
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively
- Proficient in the use of project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or other PM planning tools
- Above average communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information to various audiences
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional project teams
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
