- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability, with the capacity to think quickly and handle fast-paced situations
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for solving problems and making people's lives easier
- Comfortable working across departments to drive solutions
- Resilient and adaptable with strong communication skills

Your Daily Tasks
Accurately input and validate incoming customer orders into the Order Management System
Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure goods are staged and ready for pickup on time
Schedule and monitor daily pickups and deliveries with third-party carriers
Provide real-time tracking updates to internal and external stakeholders
Maintain accurate logistics records including freight invoices and delivery receipts
Resolve transit delays, weather disruptions, or equipment issues to minimize customer impact
Work closely with warehouse staff to align inventory readiness with shipping schedules
Driving clean energy operations through efficient logistics coordination.
