Territory Sales Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
o Presents and sells company products to current and potential clients
o Negotiates terms of an agreement and makes accurate and rapid cost calculations before closing sales
o Consistently hits or exceeds monthly sales quota
o Identifies business opportunities by recognizing sales prospects and making contact
o Maintains accurate records of all sales, presentations, contacts, referrals, cold calls, etc.
o Prepares sales reports and submits them in a timely manner
o Creates actions plans and schedules to determine specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made
o Maintains professional and technical knowledge of products, market trends, best practices, etc.
o Establishes and maintains excellent client relationships
Qualifications:
o Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in Animal Science, Medical Sciences, Management, Marketing or the equivalent
o Required Skill(s): Excellent communication (both oral and written), negotiation, strategic and analytical, interpersonal, organization, and presentation skills
o Must have at least 2 years experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
o Must be responsible, reliable, hard-working and self-motivated
o Can work with minimal supervision
o Must be willing to travel
o Must possess a valid driver's license and know how to drive a manual
