Instrumentation & control engineer

Job Description

• A hands on shift engineer that ensure plant instrumentation equipment are in good working condition.
• Act as a document controller of the Engineering not limited to create section policies, standard operating procedures, and records management of the department.
• Prepares weekly reports for the section accomplishments, challenges and focus of the week.
• Summarizes work orders (MRS), review activity plan and create Pm plan schedules.
• Responsible on the operation and maintenance of Instrumentations of the building utilities and production machineries.
• Eliminated malfunction in systems and components with recommended design modifications.
• executes instrumentation equipment due for calibration.
• Execute planned Total productive Maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair machines needed attention.
• Recommend purchase materials and spare parts needed for repair and preventive maintenance.
• Contributed ideas for improving work processes.
• Execute machine improvement projects in-house and third party service provider.
• Developed solid relationships with staffs, customer and vendors.
• Execute Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Program.
• Participate problem solving by using DMAIC and EFMEA guidelines.

• College graduate, preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, licensed is a plus factor.
• Preferably with at least 1year related working experience. Fresh graduates can be considered.
• Has excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate and coordinate with all levels of employees in the organization
• Willing to assign in shifting schedule
