Hotel Manager
About the role
As a Hotel Manager at Select Goods', you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This full-time, on-site role is located in Ortigas Pasig City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Manage day-to-day hotel operations, including staffing, budgeting, and implementing policies and procedures
- Oversee front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other hotel departments to maintain high standards of service
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue, occupancy, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyse hotel performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Foster a positive work culture and provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for the hotel team
- Minimum 5 years of hotel management experience, preferably in a similar-sized property
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in budgeting, financial management, and data analysis
- Thorough understanding of the hospitality industry, including trends, best practices, and compliance requirements
