Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations for insurance servicing and/or claims support teams
- Drive performance to consistently meet and exceed KPIs, SLAs, and customer experience targets
- Lead, develop, and coach Team Leads and staff to build a high-performing organization
- Manage client relationships and ensure alignment with business expectations
- Analyze performance reports, identify gaps, and implement data-driven solutions
- Handle escalations, risk management, and compliance with regulatory and client standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, quality, and productivity
- Partner with support groups (QA, Training, WFM, HR) to optimize operations
- At least 5+ years of experience in BPO/Shared Services, with 2+ years as an Operations Manager
- Strong background in insurance, financial services (BFSI), or contact center operations
- Experience managing claims, policy servicing, or customer support teams
- Proven track record in achieving KPIs, SLAs, and client satisfaction targets
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Amenable to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
