S/4 HANA Test Lead (Migration Test Manager)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the end-to-end testing strategy for S/4 HANA migration, including unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
• Coordinate with functional teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders to define test plans, scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee test execution, defect tracking, and resolution across all phases of the migration.
• Ensure alignment of testing activities with project timelines and deliverables.
• Manage test environments and data preparation in collaboration with IT and SAP consultants.
• Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and test reports to project leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in test management, preferably in SAP S/4 HANA projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and migration processes.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, Solution Manager).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
