POSITION TITLE: MANDARIN TEST ENGINEER (2 VACANCIES)

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Identify and document defects, ensuring clear communication of issues to the development team
• Conduct manual and automated testing to validate application functionality across different platforms.
• Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities remain unaffected by new changes.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand features and provide feedback.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss testing progress and identify areas for Maintain detailed records of test results, defects, and overall testing progress.
• Contribute to the development of testing standards and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and tools in testing and quality assurance.
• Suggest enhancements to testing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and understand the development cycle.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve defects in software.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in testing.
• Ability to document and report test results clearly and concisely.
• Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English, including writing detailed test cases, bug reports, and status updates.
