Internal Auditor

About the role

Coolaire Consolidated Inc. is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the effectiveness of our company's internal controls, processes, and systems to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.

• Conducting comprehensive audits across various departments and functions to identify potential risks and process inefficiencies
• Documenting and reporting audit findings, recommendations, and action plans to senior management
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective measures and monitor the effectiveness of implemented controls
• Staying up-to-date with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company's compliance
• Providing advisory support and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and mitigate risks
• Assisting in the development and enhancement of the company's internal audit policies and procedures

• Qualified accountant with a bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in internal audit, preferably within the accounting or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management principles, and audit methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in data analysis, report writing, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively at all levels
• Thorough knowledge of relevant accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices
• Willing to START ASAP
