Role: Senior Internal Auditor – Risk ConsultingWork Arrangement: Work from Home
Location: Any CS Site - Angeles, Mabalacat (Pampanga), Ortigas, Makati, Cebu, Davao, Bacolod
Schedule: Night Shift
Job Description:
The Senior Internal Auditor will be responsible for leading multiple audit engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant industry legislation and regulations. The role requires expertise in IT, governance, and compliance audits, with a preference for candidates from big four or mid-tier consultancy firms.The successful candidate must be adaptable to Australian standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Develop a deep understanding of client businesses to tailor audit strategies.
- Maintain and foster positive client relationships.
Audit Operations & Compliance:
- Plan and execute internal audit engagements, identifying risks to determine the audit strategy.
- Prepare audit reports with key findings and recommended actions.
- Ensure audit files comply with Internal Audit Methodology.
- Address Manager and Principal review points promptly.
- Complete audits within deadlines and budget constraints, reporting variances as needed.
- Stay updated on relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
Business Growth & Development:
- Represent the company in industry and business activities to attract new clients.
Qualification and requirements:
- A member of or qualified as a Certified Internal Auditor.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- CA and/or CISA certification (or equivalent) is desirable.
- While years of experience are flexible, ideally looking for around 5 years of experience with big four or tier two firms.
- Primary focus is on variety of engagements completed rather than strictly years of service.
- Proven expertise in internal audit with a focus on IT audits, governance, and compliance.
- Experience in writing internal audit recommendations and reports.

- CIA certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
