Customer Service Director (1 Vacancy)
Tasks including overseeing the entire customer service function, ensure customers receive high-quality support while aligning service strategies with overall business goals, develop and implement customer service strategies and policies, operating international and cross-functional projects, preparing professional reports and make presentations.Have a proven working track record or technical training experience in E-bike & i-scooter industry.
Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Management, with solid finance, accounting, legal and investment background.
- Working experience in a Senior Management role in multi-national corporations
- Excellent in both speaking and writing in English, Cantonese and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Willing to work onsite here in Baguio
