Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct call quality audits and ensure compliance with QA standards
  • Manage, review, and upload voice call recordings
  • Perform sales verification based on campaign requirements
  • Generate accurate quality, productivity, and performance reports
  • Track and analyze individual and team performance metrics
  • Provide actionable feedback and improvement recommendations through Team Leads
  • Facilitate calibration sessions and implement quality action plans
  • Support training, coaching, and adherence to quality standards
  • Conduct side-by-side monitoring and deliver real-time feedback
  • Identify root causes of performance gaps and recommend corrective actions
Required Skills
  • Strong auditing, coaching, and performance management skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback
  • Proficient in Spanish and English (verbal and written communication)
  • Ability to communicate quality insights, feedback, and recommendations effectively in both Spanish and English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications for reporting and data analysis
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or 2 years Subject Matter Expert in BPO US healthcare
  • With Hospital Billing experience or minimum 3 years of RCM experience
  • Active PHRN license required & USRN license (any state) preferred.
  • College Graduate
  • Experience in U.S. Healthcare auditing (calls, emails, and back-office processes)
  • Proven experience in creating reports and performance dashboards
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools
  • Amenable to work onsite in Pasig and night shift schedule
  • Detail-oriented with strong quality compliance mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
