Software Project Manager (Banking Project)

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology initiatives from project initiation through closure. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery expertise to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to scope.

Schedule: Regular Day Shift

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate multiple project teams and workstreams to achieve project objectives.
• Manage projects involving multiple integrated applications and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and escalate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC processes and project governance standards.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and drive project decisions.
• Prepare and present project updates, risks, and status reports to senior management and Steering Committees.
• Ensure successful delivery of project outcomes aligned with business requirements.

• At least 5 years of solid end-to-end IT Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing projects with multiple integrating applications.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong risk management and issue resolution skills.
• Experience leading and coordinating multiple project sub-teams.
• Experience reporting to senior executives and Steering Committees.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
