Mall Operations Specialist

Job Description

The Mall Operations Specialist is responsible monitor the day-to-day operations and ensuring tenants’ compliance with mall house rules and regulations. He/She is also responsible for assisting the conceptualization and design of marketing plans and other related marketing communications concepts including but not limited to advertising and promotions; and

To conceptualize, design, plan, organize, implement, and execute local store marketing activities and/or mall events to generate or maximize potential income through growth in customer traffic count.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of Electrical Engineering or any related field

1–3 years experience in operations, facilities, or property management (preferred)

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Good communication and customer service skills
