Service Crew

About the role

Become part of the dynamic team as a Service Crew. This full-time position is located in Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila, and you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and refreshment services.

1. Greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Taking orders and processing payments accurately
3. Preparing and serving food and beverages in a timely manner
4. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
5. Restocking, reporting and rotating inventory as needed
6. Assisting with kitchen and food preparation tasks
7. Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns

1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a food and beverage setting
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
4. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
5. Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
6. Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
