About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Crew to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

1. Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanour
2. Taking orders accurately and communicating them effectively to the kitchen
3. Serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
4. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including tables, counters, and service areas
5. Assisting with general restaurant duties, such as stocking and replenishing supplies
6. Responding promptly to customer queries and addressing any concerns
7. Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all guests

1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe environment
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
3. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities to handle the demands of a fast-paced environment
4. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
5. Familiarity with food and beverage service procedures and standards
6. Flexibility to work during various shifts, including weekends and holidays
