  1. Monitors SFS target output;
  2. Updates the production schedule forecast;
  3. Prepares reports on material replacement/return/estimated materials;
  4. Consolidate daily output report for the Production Handbag and Wallet lines;
  5. Updates the ERP system for the organizational unit parallel checking of the discrepancy of handbag lines for daily and semi-monthly;
  6. Assist in the proper deployment of newly hired production operators;
  7. Coordinate to HR department for any changes of employees movement such as but not limited to transfer of factory, department, line, section, shift and promotion;
  8. Monitor and request stationary supplies for production office consumption;
  9. Perform other significant functions and tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior;
  10. Perform basic 5s in the workplace.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with good judgment and keen to details
  • Proficient to English communication in both written and oral; (can speak/understand Chinese Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus factor)
  • With positive attitude, sense of leadership and good interpersonal skills
  • Hardworking, energetic, can work under pressure and willing to work on extended hours
  • College Graduate of any 4 year course
  • With 1 year work related experience in a Manufacturing Industry, preferably in a Fashion Bag Industry
