Main Responsibilities
  • Assist members with cooperative transactions and inquiries
  • Assist in HR functions
  • Process membership applications, payments, and records
  • Handle cash collections and prepare daily reports
  • Maintain accurate files and cooperative documents
  • Support daily operations and administrative tasks
  • Promote cooperative services and programs to members
  • Coordinate with officers and staff regarding member concerns
  • Ensure proper customer service and transaction handling
Qualifications
  • At least college level or graduate of any business-related course
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge in bookkeeping or office procedures
  • Honest, organized, and dependable
  • Computer literate and advanced in Excel functions such like Vlookup, Pivot
