Property Administrator - Manila

Job Description:

  • Oversee day-to-day property operations including safety/security, engineering/maintenance, housekeeping, sanitation, administrative, and customer service functions.
  • Enforce property policies, board resolutions, and ensure compliance with permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor finances: review monthly statements, ensure collection efficiency targets, manage budget adherence, and oversee disbursements.
  • Supervise service providers (security, housekeeping, maintenance, contractors), evaluate performance, and support procurement and bidding processes.
  • Lead and develop admin staff through supervision, training, performance evaluation, and policy compliance.
  • Assist Property Manager in operational planning, reporting, board meetings, emergency response, and act as Officer-in-Charge in their absence.

Job Qualification:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven leadership capability with strong interpersonal and management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in any four- or five-year course
  • With relevant experience or background in Property Management operations
