HR GENERALIST

WRN Health Incorporated is seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our organisation's people strategy and operational excellence. As an HR Generalist, you will serve as a key partner to our business, providing comprehensive human resources support across all functions.This role is instrumental in shaping our workplace culture, supporting employee development, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations whilst enabling the company to achieve its strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Administer employee benefits programmes, including health insurance, leave management, and other welfare initiatives
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievance resolution, performance management support, and disciplinary procedures
- Provide guidance and support on HR policies, employment contracts, and legislative compliance
- Coordinate training and development programmes to support employee growth and career progression
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation in compliance with data protection regulations
- Support payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate compensation delivery
- Conduct HR analytics and reporting to provide insights on workforce trends and metrics
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide first-level HR support
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role or equivalent HR function within a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of employment law, labour regulations, and HR best practices applicable in the Philippines
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional integrity
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and sound judgment in complex HR matters
- Experience in employee engagement and development initiatives is advantageous
- Certification from professional HR bodies such as CHRP or equivalent is preferred
