The Technical School Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the school, ensuring high-quality education and training, managing faculty and staff, maintaining compliance with government regulations, and achieving the school's operational and enrollment objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Master's degree is an advantage.
Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in an educational or training institution.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of educational regulations and school administration.

Experience in budgeting, strategic planning, and staff management.Proficient in Microsoft Office and school management systems.
