3D Designer & Renderer - Restaurant Interior Design

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled 3D Designer and Renderer with experience in restaurant or hospitality interior design. The candidate will be responsible for preparing mood boards, concept layouts, and high-quality 3D visualizations to support the design and presentation of restaurant projects.

• Prepare mood boards and concept presentations based on project requirements and design direction.
• Develop interior design layouts for restaurant spaces, including dining areas, kitchen areas, and service zones.
• Create detailed 3D models and photorealistic renderings using 3ds Max and rendering engines (other software experience is also welcome).
• Translate 2D plans and design concepts into 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams throughout the design process.
• Revise and update 3D models and renderings based on client feedback.
• Ensure all visual presentations are high-quality and suitable for client presentations and proposals.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials, design boards, and visual layouts.

• Proven experience as a 3D Modeler / 3D Visualizer in interior design, preferably in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality projects.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max for modeling and rendering.
• Experience with V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or similar rendering engines.
• Good understanding of interior design principles, materials, lighting, and space planning.
• Ability to create mood boards and design concepts.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, layouts, and elevations.
• Strong attention to detail and visual presentation skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

• Experience using Autodesk Revit and rendering (a plus).
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, or Illustrator is an advantage.
• Experience working on commercial kitchen or restaurant design projects.
