Process Associate/ Analyst

Preferred Degree: Bachelor’s Degree – Insurance, Finance, Business-related programs

Shift time: 8:30 PM-5:30 AM

Work Setup: Hybrid

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Conduct the given tasks efficiently.
2. Customer engagement.
3. Identify and escalate unresolved issues by keeping supervisors in loop.

Skills and Competencies:

1. Candidate should be any Graduate or a Postgraduate (Non-technical)
2. Excellent command over English (comprehension and written).
3. Good academic record (50% or above).
4. Basic knowledge in insurance or finance.
5. Should have 0 -1 yrs of experience in Insurance domain.
6. Open to rotational shifts.
7. Ability to work in a team and exhibit collaboration.
8. Should be able to adapt to organizational changes.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word).
10. The candidate must be a quick learner, high on energy and must have a flair for customer processes.
