Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of Sales Associates, ensuring individual and team performance targets are consistently achieved.
- Identify and onboard new retail partners within the assigned territory to expand business reach.
- Drive sales growth and maximize business opportunities across the designated area.
- Conduct regular site visits to partner stores, build strong dealer relationships, and address operational concerns.
- Monitor sales quality and implement initiatives to improve overall performance and productivity.
- Ensure sales locations operate efficiently and meet established performance standards.
- Support fraud prevention initiatives through proper monitoring and compliance practices.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Sales Associates to strengthen team capabilities.
- Manage workforce scheduling to ensure optimal staffing during peak business periods and weekends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards across all assigned locations.
- Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Oversee the availability and proper use of marketing materials and equipment at sales locations.
- Prepare and analyze sales and operational reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Coach and mentor team members to drive engagement, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales, preferably with exposure to field-based operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and achieve business objectives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound business judgment.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and business partners.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
