Job Description
Solution and Architecture Design- Work closely with BCG and ITD Enterprise Architecture team, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and Technology Engineering teams, to ensure that the proposed design and delivery is aligned with the client's framework and standards
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks for future needs (in case of any enhancements).
- Work with the vendor on the design, governance, and monitor solutions.
- Responsible for the business and technical implementation of data ingestion to data warehousing and data analytics.
- Proficient with the design of database architectures, data warehouses, data lake data migrations, data marts, business intelligence packages, and implementing user reporting solutions based upon business requirements and content knowledge.
- Conduct business process and data analysis to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Provide technical oversight.
- Ensure that the vendor complies with the high standards of code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
CORE COMPETENCIES:
Cloud & Infrastructure- Azure Admin, API Management, Data Engineering & Scripting, Container technologies like Azure Container Apps, Dapr, Azure Kubernetes Service
- Tools : Azure API Gateway, Data Factory, ACS
- Database Design and Management: Expertise in designing and managing large-scale relational and non-relational databases.
- ETL/ELT Tools: Proficiency in using ETL/ELT tools such as SQL Server Integration Services, Talend, or Azure Data Factory.
- Data Modeling: Strong skills in data modeling techniques, including star schema and snowflake schema.
- Data Governance: Knowledge of data governance practices, including data quality, lineage, and stewardship.
- Cloud Data Warehousing: Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions Azure Synapse Analytics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) Microsoft SQL Server
- Proficiency in emerging technologies like AI
- Preferably with experience in data warehousing and ETL.
