Urgent Hiring: US Inbound Sales Agent – Health & Wellness Campaign

We're looking for experienced US Inbound Sales Agents to join our growing Health & Wellness Campaign. If you have a proven track record in US sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to consistently meet performance targets, we'd love to hear from you!

• Handle inbound sales calls from US customers.
• Present health and wellness products and services professionally and confidently.
• Build rapport with customers while identifying their needs.
• Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and call handling systems.

Performance Requirement

Applicants must consistently achieve a minimum 30% conversion rate on inbound sales calls. This is a strict client KPI and is non-negotiable.

• Documented US Inbound Sales experience is REQUIRED. Applicants must have proven experience handling inbound sales calls for US customers.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of documented US sales experience (Inbound and/or Outbound).
• Experience in US Health & Wellness campaigns is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, persuasion, sales closing, and objection-handling skills.
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs, including a minimum 30% conversion rate.
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and call handling systems.
• Reliable, disciplined, performance-driven, and willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends.

• Competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications.
• Senior agents with 2–3+ years of US sales experience, a proven 30%+ conversion rate, and strong customer retention and upselling skills may qualify for a base salary of approximately ₱30,000–₱40,000+, depending on experience and performance.
