COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING COORDINATOR

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Communications and Marketing Coordinator is a dynamic and tenacious self-starter who is motivated to significantly contribute in building a high-performance Communications & Marketing Team. This individual has the appetite and energy to work closely and proactively with the VP of Comms & Marketing to ensure that the department strategy trickles down effectively in the various programs and campaigns, bringing in people together and coordinating its different aspects.

This role will have the opportunity to work directly with the Department Head and closely collaborate with the sub-department heads in bringing the Quantrics brand to life through a 360 Comms & Marketing perspective. The successful candidate is someone with a genuine yearning to learn the different aspects of the communications and marketing function and build his/her career in this path.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Execution & Support
  • Support the VP and the department in the seamless management of strategic campaigns and ensure project timelines; working closely with sub-department heads to ensure content is updated regularly on external and internal comms & marketing channels
  • Working closely with the sub-department heads, the coordinator will serve as the operational driver of multi-channel campaigns, and ensures alignment on timing, messaging and brand consistency, working closely with the different sub-department heads
  • Manage integrated team calendars and ensure they are properly communicated to stakeholders
  • Ensure organized campaign records working with VP and sub-department heads
Team Operations Project Support
  • Together with the VP, create & organize standardized templates and processes for Comms & Marketing
  • Work closely with the Office Manager / EA for VP of Comms & Marketing and Senior Internal Comms Manager in coordinating executive & client events
  • Maintain campaign folders, templates, and documentation for easy access and reference, through organized team Sharepoints
  • Support ad hoc communications & marketing projects as required, such as, but not limited to, content and copywriting and social media monitoring
Metrics & Reporting
  • Together with the VP for Comms & Marketing, create and track a comprehensive reporting and monitoring system (internal and external campaign metrics) to ensure alignment on business needs and expectations, and also offering insights for improvement
  • Together with the IT team, explore / develop tools to track metrics and performance
  • Prepare and safekeep regular team performance summaries and insights

  • Collaboration: Effectively works with internal stakeholders and external comms counterparts to deliver quality results.
  • Digital fluency: Comfortable with internal communication platforms such as MS Teams, SharePoint, intranet systems, and email tools.
Complementary Competencies
  • Content development: Clear and concise writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and format across internal platforms.
  • Social media management: Knowledge and interest on creating engaging social media content

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Qualification/s
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
Professional Qualification/s
  • 2+ years marketing and communications campaigns coordination experience from a global organization or from advertising agencies
  • This role is also open to exceptional fresh graduates with impressive academic credentials
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills are a must; multitasking abilities is a plus
  • Creative mindset
  • Knowledge with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage
Work Conditions
