We’re entering our next stage of growth—strengthening our operations, expanding our client base, and building a workplace culture that values balance, ownership, and continuous improvement.As part of our continued partnership with one of our key clients, we’re looking for a hands-on and results-driven SEO Specialist to take ownership of organic growth for the Action Promote website.
As an SEO Specialist, you will play a central role in driving sustainable organic growth. You’ll take ownership of the website’s SEO performance—from technical health and on-page optimization to content strategy and reporting.This is a hands-on role suited for someone with a strong technical foundation, practical experience across both technical and content SEO, and a mindset focused on continuous learning—especially as search evolves with AI.
What You’ll Be Doing- Own and improve the technical SEO health of the website, including crawlability, indexation, internal linking, redirects, canonicals, structured data, page speed, and Core Web Vitals
- Conduct regular SEO audits and work with developers and stakeholders to prioritize and implement improvements
- Build keyword strategies and search intent plans to guide site structure, landing pages, blogs, and supporting content
- Create, brief, optimize, and refresh content to improve rankings, click-through rates, and conversions
- Maintain on-page SEO best practices across metadata, headings, content structure, schema, and internal linking
- Monitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools, translating data into actionable insights
- Produce weekly and monthly reports covering rankings, traffic, technical performance, and conversion impact
- Stay up to date with Google algorithm changes and emerging trends, particularly AI-driven search
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to strengthen SEO strategy and drive measurable commercial outcomes
- Around 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong technical SEO knowledge with the ability to diagnose and resolve site issues
- Experience across both technical SEO and content SEO (not limited to one area)
- Solid understanding of HTML and WordPress, and how CMS changes impact SEO
- Strong skills in keyword research, content optimization, structured data, and reporting
- Confidence using data to inform decisions and communicate performance clearly
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams and developers
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Curious, proactive, and committed to continuous learning as search evolves
- Willingness to work Australasian shift hours
- Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga
