Tax Compliance Officer

TAX COMPLIANCE OFFICER

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant fields: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration

• 1 - 2 years experience in:
• Tax preparation and filing
• Accounting or bookkeeping
• Compliance or audit work

• Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply also

• Strong knowledge of:
• Tax laws and regulations
• Payroll taxes, VAT, withholding taxes, and income tax
• Tax reporting systems

• Strong attention to detail
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial data
• Time management, especially during filing deadlines

Key Responsibilities

A Tax Compliance Officer typically:

1. Preparation and Processing of Permits and Licences – business permits, sanitary permits etc.
2. Preparation and filing of BIR (tax) returns and other related documents (alphalist)
3. Preparation and Filing Sec Documents
4. Monitor and coordinate changes in Government agencies and regulations
5. Monitor and coordinate changes in BIR (tax) regulations
6. Monitor and coordinate in SEC regulations
7. Ensure timely payments and compliance in government agencies
8. Ensure timely payments and compliance in BIR
9. Ensure timely payments and compliance in SEC
10. Maintain Accurate Records and documentation in both physical and soft copy
11. Others
12. Can start immediately
