We’re Hiring: JAPANESE SPEAKING CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide first-line technical support to clients via email, chat, and phone.
  • Assist users with platform navigation, account setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve queries related to trading systems, payments, data feeds, and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with tech and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Document client interactions, FAQs, and support workflows.
  • Help build trust and maintain long-term client relationships with timely, clear, and professional communication.

Who You Are:

  • You have experience in customer support, technical support, or a helpdesk role—ideally in fintech, finance, or SaaS.
  • You're tech-savvy and a quick learner with solid problem-solving skills.
  • You understand (or are eager to learn about) trading platforms, basic market mechanics, and financial product.
  • You communicate clearly and patiently—especially when explaining technical concepts.
  • You’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Must be fluent in Japanese

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CRM tools (like Zendesk, Intercom, or HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader, TradingView, Interactive Brokers)
  • Knowledge of APIs, basic troubleshooting steps, or trading-related regulations
