Cybersecurity teachers

About the role

We are looking for a TESDA-certified trainer to deliver our Cybersecurity program aligned with CompTIA CySA+ (Cybersecurity Analyst) and CEH (Ethical Hacker) certification. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about cybersecurity, skilled in industry best practices, and committed to developing the next generation of cyber defense specialists.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5+ years of cybersecurity experience**, preferably in SOC, threat intelligence, or incident response.
• Recognized certification such as CompTIA CySA+ is required , CEH is Required
• Other Certifications Security+, CTIA, or CISSP.
• Cybersecurity Teaching or training experience, with the ability to conduct hands-on labs and real-world threat analysis exercises.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM tools, MITRE ATT&CK, OSINT, and cyber threat reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver TESDA-aligned training modules focused on cybersecurity operations, monitoring, and incident response
• Guide learners through lectures, hands-on labs, and simulations aligned with the CompTIA CySA+ exam blueprint
• Conduct assessments based on TESDA’s competency-based framework
• Mentor and coach learners to succeed in both local and international certifications
