Posted on 24 May 2025- Accurately input financial data into accounting software (e.g., invoices, receipts, expense reports, journal entries).
- Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital financial records and filing systems.
- Ensure proper coding of expenses and revenues.
- Assist in processing vendor invoices, verifying accuracy, and preparing payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle petty cash disbursements and reconciliation.
- Inventory Management - Store and warehouse visitation and inventory
- Process payment and bank transactions
- Issuance of invoice and cheque
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Accounting Management
- With proven experience in finance and accounting role
- Detail-oriented or keen to details
- Highly proficient in using MS Excel formulas and it’s function (VLOOKUP, INDEX and other match functions)
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and inventory process
- With strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable with Kingdee and Lark is an advantage
- Well familiar with overall transaction under Finance and Accounting Department
- Amenable to start ASAP
