  • Accurately input financial data into accounting software (e.g., invoices, receipts, expense reports, journal entries).
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital financial records and filing systems.
  • Ensure proper coding of expenses and revenues.
  • Assist in processing vendor invoices, verifying accuracy, and preparing payments.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Handle petty cash disbursements and reconciliation.
  • Inventory Management - Store and warehouse visitation and inventory
  • Process payment and bank transactions
  • Issuance of invoice and cheque
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Accounting Management
  • With proven experience in finance and accounting role
  • Detail-oriented or keen to details
  • Highly proficient in using MS Excel formulas and it’s function (VLOOKUP, INDEX and other match functions)
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and inventory process
  • With strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledgeable with Kingdee and Lark is an advantage
  • Well familiar with overall transaction under Finance and Accounting Department
  • Amenable to start ASAP
