Role Overview

The Site Engineer oversees day-to-day construction of dialysis centers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to company standards.

This role is open to engineers who are willing to learn healthcare construction, with training provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily on-site construction activities
• Ensure works follow approved plans and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers
• Track progress vs. timeline

• Ensure proper execution of civil, electrical, and plumbing works
• Conduct site inspections and punch listing
• Learn and apply dialysis-specific requirements (to be trained)

• Track delivered and used materials
• Help prevent wastage and shortages
• Assist in validating contractor progress billing

• Manpower
• Issues encountered
• Materials on-site
• Photo updates
• Weekly Report
• % completion
• Timeline status (on track / delayed)
• Key issues and action plans

• Work closely with Head Office (procurement & management)
• Ensure timely delivery of materials
• Escalate delays or issues early

• Maintain safe working conditions
• Ensure organized and clean site
• Follow basic construction and safety standards

• Graduate of Civil Engineering or related field
• Fresh graduates or with up to 3 years’ experience are welcome
• Can read basic plans and drawings
• Willing to be trained in dialysis facility construction
• Responsible, organized, and proactive

• ₱20,000 – ₱30,000/month
• Project-based allowances (transport, site support)
