About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Voice & Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing team in Taytay, Rizal. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of up to ₱35,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.

As a Voice & Non-Voice CSR, you will be the frontline of our customer support operations, handling both inbound and outbound communications via telephone, email, chat and other digital channels. You will play a vital role in ensuring clients receive prompt, professional and courteous assistance whilst maintaining service quality standards and contributing to overall customer satisfaction metrics.

Key responsibilities
  1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy
  2. Provide accurate information about products and services, responding to customer questions and concerns in a timely manner
  3. Process customer requests, including orders, returns, billing inquiries and account updates
  4. Document all customer interactions in the company system with clear and accurate records
  5. Resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex matters to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary
  6. Maintain composure and patience when dealing with difficult or upset customers
  7. Meet or exceed established performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores and attendance requirements
  8. Adhere to company policies, procedures and quality standards at all times
  9. Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and support of colleagues
  10. Participate in training programmes and continuous skill development initiatives
What we're looking for
  1. High school diploma, vocational certificate or equivalent qualification
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
  3. Strong listening and comprehension abilities to understand customer needs and concerns
  4. Demonstrated customer service experience, either in a call centre, retail or hospitality environment, or proven ability to learn quickly in a customer-facing role
  5. Proficiency with computer systems and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar platforms
  6. Ability to multitask effectively whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  7. Patience, empathy and a genuine desire to help customers resolve their issues
  8. Reliable attendance and punctuality, with flexibility to work assigned shifts including evenings and weekends if required
  9. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently whilst following established guidelines
  10. Positive attitude, adaptability and willingness to embrace feedback for continuous improvement
