Electrical technician

Job Description

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair equipment, machinery, or systems

Troubleshoot technical issues and implement appropriate solutions

Conduct routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime

Maintain accurate records of work performed, repairs, and parts used

Assist in testing and commissioning of new equipment or systems

Follow safety standards, procedures, and company policies at all times

Collaborate with team members, supervisors, or clients to resolve technical issues

Provide basic technical guidance or training to end-users, if required

Perform other technical duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

Vocational diploma, technical certification, or college degree in relevant field (e.g., Electronics, Mechanical, IT, Electrical, or Engineering Technology)

Prior experience in technical maintenance, installation, or support is an advantage

Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and technical troubleshooting techniques

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, or blueprints

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Physically fit to handle technical equipment and work in various environments

Good communication and teamwork skills
