Posted on 25 July 2025Assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain and update 201 files and HRIS records.
Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and labor standards.
Process government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and timekeeping reports.
Support payroll preparation by providing necessary employee data.
Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
Handle employee concerns and support disciplinary processes.
Assist with performance evaluations and HR reports.
Qualifications/Requirements
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience:
Atleast 1 year of experience in Human Resources or related administrative roles.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, or payroll is an advantage.
