RECRUITMENT
  • Source and reviews/processes duly approved personnel requisitions. Identifies qualification of manpower needed in the department and recommends hiring of candidates based on set qualifications.
  • Recruit/sources applicants from schools, government placement office, and others.
  • Conducts initial interview of applicants and shortlist them based on their qualification.
  • Interviews candidates for vacant positions (hiring, promotion, rotation, reassignment), and makes recommendations.
  • Ensures all placement and personnel movements are documented appropriately, according to policy and that appointment letters / contracts are given on date of effectivity.
  • Performs background/character check of applicant.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
  • Oversees all processes/documentation related to processing compensation and benefits employees.
  • Ensures efficient administration of all Benefits to employees.
o Life Insurance, Memorial Plans and Wellcare Healthcare
  • Reviews and facilitate applications employee benefits that included but not limited to:
o SSS Loan, SSS Sickness Benefits, SSS Maternity Benefits, SSS EC, SSS Disability, Pag-Ibig Loan, Philhealth
  • Submits timely reportorial requirements to National and Local Agencies’ (SSS/ Philhealth/ Pag-ibig/ DOLE).
  • Reviews/validates time and attendance records to ensure accuracy of salary computation.
  • Updates employee’s information in HRIS system (movement/transfer, promotion, change of civil status, etc.)
TRAINING AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
  • Facilitates New Employee Orientation and Corporate Affairs briefing including use of tHRead.
  • Reviews and updates all Job Profiles of all positions in the department to ensure standardization and effectiveness in Recruitment, Placement and Development.
  • Conducts Training Need Analysis (TNA) in coordination with Department Heads.
  • Updates training record and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) of each employee.
  • Ensures training agreements are signed prior every training.
  • Prepares monthly Demographics and Attrition Report and submits to TDG Corporate Center – HR.
  • Facilitates annual Employee Satisfaction Survey and submits summary to management.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS (ER) AND LABOR RELATIONS (LR)
  • Participates in the preparation for employee retention- geared events such as:
o Sports-related events, Company anniversary celebration, Christmas Parties, Health-oriented, social and civic events, Family activities, Oversees HR’s participation in company and group-wide events.
  • Create and implement Company Wellness Program.
  • Cascades and implements new / revised corporate HR and Admin- related policies, guidelines and procedures approved by Management.
  • Ensures updated policies, processes and forms relevant to employee relations concerns are communicated and accessible to everyone.
  • Acts as HR representative for all employee relations and labor issues.
  • Performs/conducts administrative hearing/investigation of reported incidents. Facilitates the Disciplinary process. Monitors and ensures proper documentation of Disciplinary Cases.
  • Attends and represents the company during labor cases hearing.
  • Conducts employee counselling.
  • Mediates between employee and superior in resolving performance –related issues.
  • Addresses staff queries on Company policies and benefits, addresses issues in coordination with management.
  • Conducts Exit Interviews with outgoing employees and submits report to management.
  • Routes and monitors clearance of resigned employee.
  • Maintains 201 files of all employees under his / her care and ensures 201 Files of all inactive employees are secured and recorded based on RRS.
  • Participates in the annual Business Planning process and prepares HR reports.
