Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Summary:

The Purchasing Assistant provides essential support to the procurement team by sourcing materials, preparing purchasing documents, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of all required items. The role also involves maintaining organized records, helping secure cost effective purchases, and assisting in daily procurement activities to support smooth operations.

Requirements:

Graduate of Business Administration, Financial Management, Management Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related course
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Experience in purchasing or procurement is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
