Senior Financial Analyst (Revenue Accounting)

Job Summary:

This position requires strong business acumen, the ability to interpret complex data, and the capacity to communicate actionable insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries for revenue accounting, supported by statements of work.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems and reports, with particular focus on revenue accounting.
• Work with auditors and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within financial operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations and Sales) on financial impact assessments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA licensure is required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in general ledger or revenue accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Netsuite).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Preferably someone with experience in a shared services or multinational company environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of tax and compliance regulations is a plus.
