- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure stock accuracy
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity and safety goals
- Implement and maintain warehouse processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and cleanliness of the work area
✅ Qualifications:
- At least 1–3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and inventory systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High school or vocational graduate (College level/graduate is a plus)
